IRONMAN Triathlon RacesThe IRONMAN triathlon brand is promoted by the World Triathlon Corporation and when we talk about an iron-distance triathlon it is officially recognized as a 2.4-mile swim, 112-mile bike, and a 26.2-mile run that will test every fiber of your physical, mental, and emotional being. It's the premier race of the triathlon community. The most famous race is the IM World Championships along the beautiful beaches and steamy lava fields of Kailua-Kona, Hawaii in the middle of October, but IRONMAN races have spread all across the globe, across many different continents and cultures.
